During the period from 02.05.2024 – 02.08.2024, K.MET AS carried out a project to create a digitalization roadmap, project number 2021-2027.1.02.24-0071. The aim was to analyze the use of existing business processes and digital technology solutions in the company, the functionalities of various technologies, and to shape future visions for the company’s business processes and the digital technology solutions used to manage them, including the creation of the company’s digitalization roadmap.
As a result of the project, a comprehensive digitalization solution encompassing all the company’s business processes will be developed.
The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund with a grant of 6720 euros.
